Dr. Bhupesh Kumar Dewangan

Dr. Bhupesh Kumar Dewangan holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering and currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Nagpur Campus, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. He earned his Bachelor of Technology from Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University (State University), Raipur, and his Master of Technology from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University (State Technical University), Bhilai, both in Computer Science and Engineering. Dr. Dewangan has an extensive research portfolio, with over 100 research papers published in reputed international journals and conferences indexed in SCI, Scopus, and UGC databases. He is also the inventor of three Indian patents in the domain of Cloud Computing and Resource Scheduling, IoT and Sensor devices. His key research interests include Autonomic Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing, Resource Scheduling, Software Engineering & Testing, Image Processing, and Object Detection. He is an active member of prestigious professional bodies such as CSI, ISTE, and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Hong Kong. In addition to his academic and research achievements, Dr. Dewangan contributes as an editor for special issues of journals published by Inderscience and IGI Global. He has also served as an editor and author for nine books published by renowned international publishers such as Springer, IGI Global, Bentham Sciences and Taylor & Francis. Dr. Dewangan actively serves as a reviewer for several reputed journals, including: IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, Spatial Information Research, IEEE Access, Asian Journal of Economics, Business and Accounting, International Journal on Smart Sensing and Intelligent Systems, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence among many others. He has successfully organized five international conferences as Convenor and Conference Chair, and has been invited twice to deliver expert lectures in AICTE-ATAL Faculty Development Programs.
