Note:

*Academic Fees can be increased up to 10% over the duration of the entire programme. Government taxes (if any) would be additional as and when applicable.

**Hostel and Mess Fees can be increased up to 15% each year. Government taxes would be additional as and when applicable.

1. Hostel accommodation is mandatory for all first-year students, except those admitted under the Nagpur Domiciled Category / Resident of Nagpur City.
2. The total fees for first-year students, other than those admitted under the Nagpur Domiciled Category / Resident of Nagpur City, shall be the sum of Academic Fees, Institute Deposit, Hostel Fees, Hostel Deposit, and Mess Fees.

Fee Payment Guidelines

Students are advised to complete fee payment before the due date as mentioned in the offer letter. Payment process may be displayed as follows:

1. Login to the SIU UG finance portal: Click here
2. Go to Admission menu: Submission of Provisional Admission Form is mandatory before making payment of fees.
3. Click on the Make Payment Tab.
4. Select the applicable semester / instalment.
5. Click on view the fee details.
6. Please make payment using any one of the payment modes mentioned below:
   • Using Payment Gateway of SIU
   • EFT (Online NEFT / RTGS)
   • Demand Draft (DD) in favour of "Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Nagpur", payable at Nagpur.
7. Generate e-receipt after successful payment from the 'Make Payment' menu on the portal.
8. For second and subsequent installments, follow the same link for payment.

Important Payment Instructions

• Fees must be paid before the due date.
• Students must follow the instructions mentioned in the offer letter.
• If payment details are required to be updated on the portal, students must complete the update.
• No cash/Cheque deposit should be accepted, as the reference template clearly states that direct cash/cheque deposit in the bank account will not be considered for admission confirmation.

Note:For 100% refund cases, the University may deduct processing charges not more than 5% of the fees paid, subject to a maximum of ₹5,000.

Non-Retention of Original Certificates

• The Institute shall not retain original academic or personal certificates after verification.
• Students may submit self-attested copies for administrative requirements.
• Original documents shall be verified in the presence of the student and returned immediately.
• Original certificates shall not be kept in institutional custody under any circumstances.
