The Entrepreneurship Club of Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Nagpur, organized “Zero to One – Building Your First Venture” on 10th September 2025, featuring Mr. Kartik Sarda, Founder of Evallo Software, as the keynote speaker. The session aimed to equip students with the mindset, strategies, and practical knowledge needed to transform ideas into successful ventures, emphasizing the journey from ideation to execution. Mr. Sarda shared actionable insights on identifying market opportunities, validating ideas, and navigating early-stage startup challenges through discipline, innovation, and resilience. The session was structured around three key segments: Concept to Creation, where students learned to recognize market needs and shape viable business ideas; Execution and Growth, highlighting practical steps for building sustainable startups and the importance of adaptability and consistency; and an Interactive Q&A, where students engaged with Mr. Sarda on topics such as funding, scaling, and real-world execution challenges. With over 120 participants, the session fostered creativity, innovation, and a problem-solving mindset, inspiring students to confidently take the first steps toward building their ventures. Mr. Sarda’s experiences as a technology entrepreneur provided valuable lessons, reinforcing that entrepreneurship is not only about ideas but also about the courage, determination, and strategic action required to turn them into impactful realities.


The session concluded with an inspiring message that every successful venture begins with the first bold step from “Zero to One.” Mr. Kartik Sarda’s journey emphasized that entrepreneurship is not just about ideas but about the courage, discipline, and persistence required to execute them. The event left students motivated to embrace innovation, problem-solving, and a growth-oriented mindset as they embark on their own entrepreneurial journeys.
