On the occasion of World Environment Day 2025, The Social Club of Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Nagpur proudly presents a vital environmental initiative titled "End Plastic Pollution" on 6th June 2025 to raise awareness about plastic pollution and promote sustainable living practices.>
Participants, including students, staff, and community members, took a solemn pledge to ban single-use plastics in their personal and professional lives. The pledge encouraged reducing plastic consumption, promoting alternatives like cloth and jute bags, and spreading awareness in society. A thought-provoking documentary on plastic pollution was screened, showcasing the devastating impact of single-use plastics on marine life, ecosystems, and human health.
