Placement Simulator
The Placement Simulator was an interactive event organized by the ACM Student Chapter to give students a real-time experience of the campus recruitment process. Conducted in two phases, it included aptitude, technical, and HR interview rounds, simulating an actual hiring pipeline. The event aimed to prepare students by exposing them to typical company evaluation methods and boosting their confidence through structured feedback. Each round was designed to test different skill sets—logical reasoning, problem-solving, communication, and technical knowledge—using real assessment platforms like CodeTantra. Students who performed exceptionally well were awarded, and all participants received certificates of participation.
Mr. Sudhanshu Mourya, Faculty In-Charge and Interview Panelist, for his guidance, commitment, and active involvement in shaping the event's structure and outcome.
