Conclave 2.0 – Shaping the Future of Work
It was an absolute honor to represent Symbiosis
Institute of Technology (SIT), Nagpur, under the esteemed banner of Symbiosis
International (Deemed University), at the CII Vidarbha Zone’s
Industry-Academia Conclave 2.0 held on 19th July 2025. Themed “Future
of Work – AI, Automation, and Emerging Skills Demand,” the conclave brought
together some of the finest minds from academia, industry, and administration
to deliberate on a question that is shaping the destiny of our generation: How
do we embrace Artificial Intelligence while ensuring relevance, responsibility,
and ethical innovation?
A Dialogue for the Future
The discussion underscored a vital truth—AI
is a partner, not a master. When approached with mindfulness, AI becomes a
tool that amplifies creativity, boosts efficiency, and accelerates learning.
Each panelist brought a wealth of real-world experience, sharing insights on
how AI is transforming education, redefining workplace skills, enhancing
cybersecurity frameworks, and reshaping industry practices.
