My Language, My signature

The My Language, My Signature activity was successfully conducted under the NEP SAARTHI Initiative, in collaboration with the Literary Club.

Students were invited to fill out a form containing their name, constituent, regional language, and signature in their mother tongue. The Literary Club played a crucial role in spreading awareness about the importance of linguistic heritage and mobilizing student participation. To ensure linguistic diversity, special emphasis was placed on obtaining signatures in South Indian languages, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, etc., while limiting Hindi and Marathi signatures.

Around 20–30 signatures were collected. The event was an excellent opportunity to celebrate India's linguistic richness, helping students connect with their roots while reinforcing the importance of multilingualism in education.

Conclusion

The My Language, My Signature activity served as a meaningful tribute to India's linguistic heritage. By encouraging students to sign in their mother tongues, it fostered a sense of pride and personal connection to regional languages. The initiative effectively promoted multilingualism, cultural awareness, and the importance of preserving linguistic diversity in education.
